An agreement has been signed between the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, the companies S2M and TS Motorsport (promoter and organiser of the Asian Le Mans Series) and the Indonesian Authorities.

One of the six rounds on the 2013 calendar will take place on the Sentul international circuit not far from Bogor on the island of Java on 7th and 8th December 2013.

A delegation from Indonesia came to attend the last Le Mans 24 Hours. It was led by the Indonesian ambassador in France, Mr. Razlan Ishar Jenie, and included the President of the Sentul circuit Tinton Soeprapto and Max Sopacua representing the Indonesian parliament. A draft agreement was ratified with Pierre Fillon, the ACO President, and Rémy Brouard, the ACO director of international development.

In 2013, the Asian Le Mans Series should consist of six rounds: three in China (Zhuhai, Shanghai and Ordos), one in Japan (Mount Fuji) and one in Indonesia (Sentul). The name of the sixth circuit will be announced shortly. The full calendar will be revealed in September.
