LEBANON, TN (July 22, 2002) -- ARCA RE/MAX Series Rookie of the Year contender and Mt. Juliet, TN, resident Chase Montgomery is hosting a fundraiser at the Nashville Ronald McDonald House on Wednesday August 7, from 6:00 -- 8:00 p.m.

The fundraiser will include a barbeque donated by Whitt's, served by the #27 Montgomery Motorsports crew, door prizes, a show car and an autograph signing with other ARCA drivers, including Frank Kimmel, Shelby Howard and Jason Jarrett. Everyone in attendance will have the chance to win an honorary crewmember spot for the #27 Montgomery Motorsports team (Must be 18 or older). A donation of $5 is requested at the door.

The winner of the "Design Chase Montgomery's Helmet" contest will be announced at the barbeque. Montgomery will choose from designs submitted from children and/or their siblings that have resided at the NRMH. Montgomery will wear the helmet during the Nashville race and donate it to the NRMH in honor of the artist. The winner will receive four tickets to the Waste Management 200 on Friday August 9, at the Nashville Superspeedway and a personal garage tour with Montgomery.

All children who attend the fundraiser will also get to put their name and handprint on the #27 Montgomery Motorsports pit wall banner to be displayed during the Nashville race. The new Montgomery Motorsports/Ronald McDonald House #27 Chevrolet will also be unveiled at the event.
