Notable entrants include 3-time ARCA champion Tim Steele. Steele is the all-time ARCA superspeedway winner with 21 victories and the all-time ARCA superspeedway lap-leader having led 2,095 laps in 40 races. Other veterans entered include Mokena, Illinois driver Bob Strait in Mark Thompson's Midway Islands Ford Taurus and Auburn, Georgia's Mark Gibson who will make his 196th start at Kentucky Speedway, more than any other active driver. Additional entrants include Joe Cooksey, Andy Belmont, Norm Benning, Mike Swaim Jr, Kirk Shelmerdine, Matt Hutter, Cavin Councilor, '99 Prestone ARCA Rookie of the Year Ron Cox and 2nd generation driver Billy Venturini.
