Kansas City, KS (April 22, 2008) - Justin Allgaier will head to the Kansas Speedway this weekend as the 2008 Championship Points holder in the ARCA RE/MAX Series after posting two second places finishes and a win in the first three events. Allgaier left the Iowa Speedway with after a stellar performance and race domination with a 45 point lead over nine-time ARCA Champion Frank Kimmel.

Although the Kansas Speedway hasn't always been the most successful track for Allgaier he heads to the running of the Kansas Lottery $150 Grand with high hopes. Allgaier has three previous starts with a best finish in 2007 of eighth and two previous NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts to his credit at the 1.5 mile tri-oval speedway in Kansas.

"We haven't had the greatest luck here in Kansas," Allgaier said. "But we were able to get a good top-10 finish last year and look to do the same this year. Kansas is a track you can overdrive on and I had that problem a few years ago. I know that I just need to settle in and wait for the right opportunities on the track. Larry Moore and the team have put a lot of work into the car preparing for Kansas so it should be a good day."

"It's pretty exciting having these good finishes in a row this year but I need to continually focus on the long runs and the next race. I've been told I've matured I just think that I have been given the opportunity to learn from some of these other drivers that have been doing this awhile and learn from my previous mistakes. My goal is to finish upfront each and every race and really showcase the talent of this team."

Allgaier himself has raw talent that is getting the notice of some of the top teams in NASCAR's premier series. At only 21 years of age Allgaier still seeks sponsorship and driving opportunities. Until those opportunities start to come for Allgaier he'll continue to drive his family owned and funded Chevrolet in the ARCA RE/MAX Series where he is at the top of his game in 2008.
