High Profile PR to Manage Enhanced Public Relations Campaign for AMA National Arenacross Series

AURORA, Ill. (September 22, 2005) -- Clear Channel Entertainment's Motor Sports division announced today that High Profile Public Relations (HPPR) LLC, has been hired to manage an enhanced public relations campaign for the 2005-2006 AMA National Arenacross Series.

HPPR's Pat Schutte, who has been a part of the motorcycle industry since 1997 when he worked for PACE Motor Sports as supercross PR Manager, will be the liaison between Clear Channel Entertainment -- Motor Sports and local, national and industry media for the 2005-2006 AMA National Arenacross Series, which kicks off October 28 in Albany, N.Y. A highly comprehensive web-based information distribution strategy will be in place to deliver a constant flow of statistics, quotes and stories on the racers and teams to the media and industry personal.

"Since his involvement with the publicity of the AMA Supercross Series, and through his recent work with the AMA Motocross Championship, HPPR's Pat Schutte has been influential in the promotion of the sport through various media outlets," said Mark Abernethy, senior director of brand marketing, Clear Channel Entertainment -- Motor Sports. "Pat has always worked closely with Clear Channel Entertainment's Motor Sports division, and we look forward to having HPPR at the helm of the PR efforts for the upcoming AMA National Arenacross Series season."

Collectively, Schutte will work with Clear Channel Entertainment's Motor Sports division to develop the ultimate, media friendly information hub on everything pertaining to the AMA National Arenacross Series. Weekly press releases, stats, notes and quotes will be readily available to the media. The rising stars of the AMA National Arenacross Series will be positioned to the media in the same light as the racers competing in the THQ World Supercross GP/THQ AMA Supercross Series.

"Working with Clear Channel Entertainment -- Motor Sports and the AMA National Arenacross Series is a natural extension of my efforts during the summer months with the National Promoters Group (NPG) and AMA Motocross Championships," said Schutte. "There are a number of markets where the series' cross over, including Albany (N.Y.), Baltimore (Md.) and Denver, along with a number of new markets that I'm looking forward to jumping right into and working to raise the awareness of the sport."

Tickets are available online at www.arenacross.com, www.ticketmaster.com, www.tickets.com (Guthrie and Green Bay only), and www.centreevents.com (Rockford only).
