SRT Motorsports will field two SRT Viper GTS-Rs in Saturday’s Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring, the season-opening event on the 2013 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron schedule.
The two SRT Viper GTS-Rs competed in four ALMS races in 2012.
Muscle Milk, BAR 1, Risi Competizione and Flying Lizard lead classes
The BAR1 Motorsport Oreca FLM-09 was fastest in the PC class, as was the Risi Competizone Ferrari F458 Italia in the GT. The Flying Lizard Porsche lead the way in the GTC class.
Endurance ace Ryan Dalziel joins factory backed SRT Viper GTS-R program for 12 hours of Sebring, 24 hours of Le Mans and Petit Le Mans. He will compete in all non-conflicting FIA World Endurance Championship races with Starworks Motorsport.
Ryan Dalziel joins Tommy Kendall, Marc Goossens, Kuno Wittmer, Dominik Farnbacher and Jonathan Bomarito in the SRT Viper GTS-Rs for 2013 ALMS enduros and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
