when the right rear CV joint seized, forcing Jim Pace to limp the car into the pits. The crew worked feverishly to replace the joint, and got the car back out on the track nearly 30 minutes later. Eliseo Salazar is currently driving the car in 9th position.
Car #67, driven by Pierre Ehret, was hit on his last lap before a scheduled pit stop. The car received shock damage in the incident, but is back on track an in 11th position as of this writing.
Car #68 has recovered very well from earlier penalty woes, as Marc Bunting has fought his way back to 7th position in class. With just over one hour left in the race, The Racer's Group looks to be in strong position to finish with all three cars in the top ten.
