Ni Amorim's Freisinger Porsche 911GT3-RS will start the Sebring 12 hr. in 2nd position, between the Alex Job cars.

"We are reasonably happy to be in 2nd place", remarked Ni Amorim at the end of qualifying, " although we did not set out to beat the Alex Job cars. We clocked a 2.07.747, so we are just 3 tenths slower, but it will be a long, hard race, and obviously, we will not be running 2.07 laps. However, when it's taken into account that our car does not have the 2002 upgrades, we are happy to be able to run at that pace. I am sure that the Alex Job cars did not run as fast as they can either, so the times are a bit meaningless.

"For the race we will adopt a conservative strategy while trying to stay in touch with whoever will be setting the pace, and by the middle of the race we will see where we are, and will plan accordingly. The team is doing a fantastic job as usual, and the Porsche 911 GT3-RS has been trouble free since it hit the track and has run like clockwork. We are looking to be on the Podium on saturday night".
