Bjork and Stippler score points for Audi

STCC: Both Thed Bjork and Frank Stippler scored points for Audi in round eight of the Swedish Touring Car Championship at Karlskoga. Defending Champion Bjork had a turbulent Sunday which started with an engine fire in the test session. His Audi A4 STCC was repaired just in time for qualifying. Bjork set the fourth fastest time in the single-car qualifying but had to start from eighth position as the front splitter of his A4 was bent in the fire. In the race, Bjork fought his way back to fourth. Frank Stippler moved from 12th position on the grid to finish eighth.

Marco Werner: Cycling for a good purpose

ALMS: Marco Werner competed in a bycicle race for a good purpose last week: The three-time Le Mans winner participated in the "Tour der Hoffnung" ("Tour of the hope") organized in favour of children with cancer. The Audi "factory" driver was able to give a 5,000 Euro donation to the organizers collected by the Audi employees.
